Tuesday – Saturday 9:00pm – 6:00pm
Job Description:
- Responds to customer inquires regarding account status, service, billing and product information.
- Handles inbound and outbound calls relating to telecommunication services & products in a call center environment.
- Analyzes and rectifies customer concerns utilizing an internal billing system.
- Communicates with other departments to resolve customer issues.
- Provides customer with a positive, professional and courteous attitude when interacting on the phone.
- Experienced with and proficient with computer use.
- Excellent verbal and written skills, including grammar and voice quality.
- Functions comfortably in a fast paced call center environment.
- Consistently follows defined processes and procedures that the call center defines with every call.
- Provides customers with accurate and complete answers.
- Performs other duties as required.
